Your display hardware such as your LCD display may be working normally.

Solutions:

1. If your laptop is showing a light from the power indicator then you can try resetting your bios first. Remove your memory module for a while and try to turn on your laptop. If there is a beep from the speaker or a light indicator flashing from the Caps Lock or other indicator, try to count them. How many short and long flashes and how many beeps from the laptop speaker. Refer to the user manual for that type of indicator flashes or beeps. If it has two long beeps, you can be sure that your laptop only has memory module problems, just replace it.

2. If your laptop doesn't seem to have a light on then it can be sure that you need technical assistance. Why you need technical support, here are the reasons:

- It can be caused by short caps, so many caps on your laptop.

- It can be caused by dead fat regulator.

- It can be regulator chip malfunction.

- It can be IO chip/or starter chip malfunctions.

Hope above tips can help you to solve these problems.
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3043743166171547934.post-63045364895373542272023-08-28T18:32:00.001+07:002023-08-28T18:32:34.091+07:00Cannot print, first paper always jam

We believe some of you may ever find yourself stuck on such a title said. Mostly these problems occur when your printer usage is more than 5 years. So what can cause this symptom? Such big question raising on your mind? Here are some steps to check:

- Decoder malfunction/dirty

If you don't know where the decoder is located then you can see the above picture, that is one of decoder example of certain type. So if you ask where is located then it depends on your printer models. Most of them are on the right or left side of the printer. This thing works as a measure for the rotation of the main shaft. When this thing rotates, the photo censor counts its rotation. If the decoder is dirty then the photo censor can't read the mark for counting the rotation. So if this problem occurs it is better to clean it with isopropyl.

- Loose decoder

- Loose paper censor

- Broken paper censor springs/missing

- Broken photo censor/death

- Unknown object blocking paper feed

- Bad USB connection

- CPU error (rare, but can sometimes cause a headache)

- E-prompt error (only on certain models and brands)

Hope the above indicators can help you solve the problems you had. Today, we will explore the possible causes for why your CPU turns on with a red light but nothing appears on the screen. Here are a few steps you can follow to identify the problem.

1. Check the VGA or HDMI

connection between your CPU and monitor/display to ensure that the cables and plugs are secure. Sometimes, if your connector is not aligned correctly, it may prevent the display from receiving a signal. This issue commonly occurs with VGA connections and occasionally with HDMI ports.

2. Check for loose components

such as a graphical card that may be losing power due to dirt or external power drops. When you have an add-on VGA card, the connection between the VGA pins and the port may not be tight enough, which can cause it to loosen due to vibrations and heat caused by working hours of the CPU. Rare instances may occur when your graphics card is utilizing external power. Dust build-up can result in a voltage drop, leading to a short connection of your graphics card.

3. Another crucial component is the memory or RAM.

If your memory card is failing, it will not bring up a display. Conversely, if your memory is failing or not receiving the correct voltage from the regulator, your CPU will produce beep sounds. The number of beeps will vary depending on the board manufacturer; most will produce two long beeps.

4. Wrong display setting

A rare cause of image display failure is due to incorrect monitor settings, specifically the clock. Standard monitors operate at 50 to 60Hz, but if your monitor is only able to accept 50Hz, no images will be displayed. Bios problems

mainly occur with low range CPUs that have only a single bios chip. Bios corruption can occur due to a poor quality chip or a regulator for the bios chip. The usual regulator should produce 5 volts, but it may rise to 6 volts if the capacitor is in poor condition. To solve these issues, attempt to re-flash your bios chip if possible. However, if your chip is dead, you should replace it with a new one.

5. Incorrect Monitor Settings (Rarely Occur)

Sometimes, incorrect settings, especially in the clock, can also cause display issues. A standard monitor usually has a refresh rate of 50 to 60Hz. If your monitor can only accept 50Hz, then no images will be displayed. If your monitor can only accept 50Hz, then no images will be displayed. If your monitor can only accept 50Hz, then no images will be displayed.

5. A normal regulator should output 5 volts, but sometimes it can rise to 6 volts when the capacitor is in bad condition. If you encounter this issue, attempt to update your BIOS chip through re-flashing, but if it fails, replace the chip and repeat the process.

I trust that the previous instructions are beneficial in resolving the problem.

Today's tips are around system administration which can benefit us to do something especially to maintain our system. For the first time we bring back home our new PC or laptop with windows 10 on it, we will see that some feature will be disabled. So how to make these features work for us? it simply just depends on what kind of feature we need. Currently, we will discuss how to make remote desktop in Windows 10 work. Before explaining how to make it work, I need to clarify that this information for educational purposes and doesn't mean to harm any body computers.

This question derived from an email that came to my inbox a couple of days ago. Hope this article will help you to solve your problem shortly. When you found your printer under overload condition then the thing you need to do is reset its counter, but how when you can't enter safe mode while you have tried many times to enter safe mode in order to reset your printer. Been trying many times to push the magic button but yield nothing and only paint in your brain. See below for the explanation about what happened to your printer.

The first time you push the power button that is the time where printer checking its components whether its components ready to work or not. When your printer found some problems with its components, it will send you a message via light blinking code for this type of printer. It will be different when you deal with a printer with LED display you will notice some error code on its display. Surely every blinking code having its own meaning and only understandable when you know or having its error code table which you can see here.
All data that contains components note or setting are stored in Eprom chip which is located in the mainboard. This chip having limited capability to store data and how it is a threat, so be careful when you deal with this chip.

Can't enter in safe mode

So how do we enter safe mode? well, that is a complex process and we can't go instantly to that process. It is better to you to prepare your tools and open your printer board and try to locate its EEPROM chip. See above sample picture where you can see an MB from popular printer manufacturer and having such problem just like in the title. Locate its Eprom chip which has eight pins and having special numbers. Pull off that chip using hot air or soldering iron, and leave its board in cool condition for about fifteen minute. Then take a replacement chip and put it on the mainboard. then wait a few minutes to make board temperature back to normal. The final step that is you have yo put your printer board back to its place. Done you should have your printer back in the normal state.

Bitcoin, well it is a digital currency which gains popularity lately and getting higher in exchange. Most of the people investing more than they do as usual in a business. While this positive side is growing, of course, the negative side also growing much faster than you can imagine. A lot of people losing their fortune while investing in this business, are you one of those people? We wish you are not one of those victims. By increasing the negative effect from this business we will try to warn you which one is legitimate and which one is a scam or even worse for your business. Based on that fact "Negative effect" we will discuss some software which seems legitimate for some dreamers including me (Too good to be true). Today there is a letter which is sent by a person who asked about bitcoin software whether it is legit or not or even worse, it is a virus or bitcoin stealer.

We had investigated enough some software which they claimed as legitimate one but actually, it brings misery to users. Let's begin:

BTC Adder 2017 V5

This software seems legit for some users after we do some purchase and testing it, what we saw really unbelievable fact that this is not the one you want. So be careful not to use this software. It said that it could add some satoshi in your wallet but actually it did nothing except deceive you with Error Message "Your Windows Firewall or Antivirus software blocked connection! "

We know your feeling when you purchased a software and bring nothing to you.

Coinbase Stealer 2017

This software at glance it seems dangerous for us, and actually, it is true and you can't get anything from this software except losing your BTC. This deceives software only use some standard coding to manipulate its process to make it seems normal software like the others. After two hours doing research, we can give you this information base on data we have. After executing activation key, you will see below message which saying it doesn't do nothing.

Somebody must be pissed off when they found their hard drive has been disappeared.

Not just because they intended to but because of some unexpected program or malware behaviour that hide the hard drive or even delete the partition for the worse cases.

I will try to elaborate as clear as possible how to copy files from the hidden partition using the simplest way.

To do this process better for you to prepare some tools which is very handy to make our DIY solution better. Actually there are two ways about how to do these simple process but on this occasion I will try to explain the process inside operating system to make it simple, I believe some of you better to do this inside operating system than none.

Preparation:

1. You need to download this free software, can be found here.

2. You need adequate hard drive space it can be twice in size or adequate with the data.

Execute the program.

When you had run the program you will see your hard drive inside the box. Its the time for you to find your lost program by get to Action menu then choose Scan. Here you can choose whether to use Fast Scan or Full Scan.

After mounting it's the time for you to copy your whole necessary file to the other blank space, better to use different drive as a place to copy.

After copying process is finish then you can right click it and unmount it.

Notice:

- Careful about what you do, because this is unstable process when you plug your hard drive via USB.

Some friends having trouble when they start their computer and want to check their daily email, they feel like their computer dragging a ship when it is turned on. For example, Mr J's Computer (sorry won't say his complete name) needs roughly around three minutes to start and then Mrs T's computer needs around two point eight minutes to start. That is why they wondering why their computer getting slow from time to time.

Here are some short explanation and also some short tips how to resolve those problems.

Why it gets too slow to start?

Cause:

Unknown Files/software run on background.

Some of us always and often spend the most time to check our email and sometimes we spend the most time to read an online magazine, newspaper and sometimes also downloading free e-book via a web browser. Mostly website sending cache to its users to make fast surfing and also saving the time when the users need to jump back to certain pages. Sometimes we don't realise some website we trust sending us unknown files or software that maybe make our computer getting worse. We believe those sites don't mean to harm our computer. Something need to think, have you in such situation where you want to read a free e-book but you need to download an ISO file or sometimes auto downloader before you can read such free e-book? When you say yes, that mean you had some adware hiding and also run in the background of your computer. This kind of downloader able to download certain files as you wish and certain files that you don't want to download such as toolbar and adware itself where it can run and download other software which you don't need to be there. So here how to check and disable the unwanted software, but be careful not to disable primary file system that can crash your computer.

When we want to expand our PC to meet our need of course we need to buy some expansion hardware. Before we buy expansion cards, better for us to make a plan and finding some review about hardware we want to buy. But how about if these hardware is an old fashion hardware? it has been five years or more from it was released so we couldn't find it supported driver on the web. Such great challenge for us while we want to use those hardware to support our work. This could happen to some of us who work in places where hardware replacement was not so important, or even the worse case there were no such hardware with same capabilities. What do you think about that case? do you want to make your own hardware to replace it? I don't think so.

Some readers from this site had asked me about this problem sometime ago and they demanded a practical solution, they didn't want to chopped other driver and combined it into one functional driver like what I thought them. So here is the simplest solution you may find over the Internet and of course it is free to use, but remember forbidden to sell it. This is a small application which can detects your hardware configuration and also its serials numbers, after this application able to detect your hardware serial numbers then it will contact its server and asking a link from special driver you need. Does it simple than do you think, you don't need to buy a product like the other application do. Just download it and run it and you; will find your match driver.

So where you can find this driver and where you can download it as free as possible? just follow below link and you will find it. Click on below picture to download it.

How to rescue hidden files in pen drives when your system unable to find it?
How come this has happened when public computer rental or an Internet cafe has their own security guard? honestly, this is not some kind of bad virus either, the author of this program just want to play or test their ability in creating some codes which prank computer users. But some authors may have different purposes like stealing some information from other users.

Wondering how to clean your ink printer head?
Today I will show you how to clean clogged ink printer head which you can't clean using printer cleaning command. Before we start better for you to understand first which part is called printer head and which part is called ink tank. Some people often confusing and can't differentiate which part from their printer having malfunction or can't work as it should be.
Ink tank is a plastic container which is used to save the ink while some other printer.
Some printer brands combine these two part together to make it cheap in production cost and also to make it easy in replacement.

Printer Head

Printer head is a part that works as ink sprayer.

After you know about this part let's go talk deeper about its problem.
Head clogging commonly cause by:

1. Low-quality ink (not originally manufacture for this type)
2. Dust.
3. Tiny paper which is slip in.
4. Clipper.
5. Unsupported papers.
6. Rubber band.
7. Needle.
8. Staple.
9. Touch by hands.
10. Some pressure on its surface.

Above mentioned factors were found when I was working on these problems, not to mention the other things that not commonly should be there like comb, teeth and others.
I believe some of you didn't mean to drop that thing.

After removing those foreign materials have cleaned your printer using cleaning command from your computer but the printing results still cut out or having some blur lines than you need to do below steps.

1. Prepare some air pressure or you can use your tire pump.
2. Prepare a bottle of ink.
3. Prepare gloves or other protective cloth.
4. Tissue papers

Process:

Input ink (see four pole in the middle)

1. Disassemble your printer head from its place and clean it using tissue papers, don't touch the head surface or it will make your head worse than before (see shiny part on above image). Don't forget to use your gloves when removing it.

2. Put some air pressure around 2 bar to input ink (see image on the right side and notice four pole in the middle, that is input ink) gently till you see some ink come out from head surface.

3. When you see ink spray not in the straight line or spray diagonally it means that head nozzle having clogged problems or you will see one missing line when you print a document, so you must put more air pressure to input ink gradually till you see the printer head can spray ink like it should be.

When you think there is no diagonal spray from your printer head it means, it's the time to check your printer head before you set it on its place. Try to put some ink via input ink and then apply again 2 bar air pressure to it. When this time you can make sure that there is no diagonal ink spray, now you can put your printer head back in its place. After putting all together in its place including ink tank now its the time for you to clean your printer using cleaning command (2x) on your computer, this means to recharge your ink head so your print head ready to make some action. Please only do this if you are really understand what are printer parts for and how to repair it, do it on your own risk.

Some friends of mine asked me that they had problem regarding their printer. When they turn their printer on they could not see that their printer can work properly. They said my printer won't yield any sound. It blinked many times, well this is common problem regarding printer usage. When you see dialogue box that appear on your screen it stated that your printer waste ink pad is full or when you see green light lit on alternately with the amber light. So how to resolve this problem? Today I will try to guide to resolve this problem using the simplest way. Before you can resolve this problem there are something you need to prepare:

- You have to replace the ink pad.

- Download Wic reset tools

- For Windows

- For Mac OS

- For Linux

1. First step

For first step surely you can use Wic utility to resolve your printer overload problem. To do this you just need to download this utility software and install it in your computer. Then you can open it, when you open this software, it will download some file that will be used to recognize your printer. When it has finished install some add on it will detect your active printer which is located on upper left side of this software. Now select your active printer and then choose menu Reset Waste Ink Counters on upper right side menu then this utility will ask a serial numbers which you need to put inside dialogue box to continue using this software. When you don't have serial number you can put "trial" on the dialogue box to continue the process, but remember when you use trial your printer will reset to 90% state which is mean it will overload again around couple of printing process. If you want to make ti permanently you can buy serial number for only one printer for about $9,99 for one time only and you can pay it by Paypal or Credit Card. After you hit Ok button in dialogue box it will ask you to turn off your printer and then turn it on again and your printer will be ready to do its job again.

For complete video tutorial you can see here

2. Second step

This step almost the same method like number one, but you can use different software or tool to resolve this problem. When you don't have the utility you can download it for free using this link here.

Open this software and don't forger to turn your printer on. Select L120 on model name and choose auto selection on its port. After pressing Ok you will see the first image like on the left side and click particular adjustment mode then this utility will give you some menu selection, now you can select waste ink pad Counter menu and then it will bring you a dialogue that you need to put check mark. Check Main pad counter and platen pad counter and then hit Initialization button. After a few moment you will be asked to turn off your printer and you can close this software. Now you can turn your printer on again and you are ready to go.

3. Third Step

This last step is consider for advance user only, never try this method if you don't have any electronic skills. When the above mention doesn't work for your printer then this step is the most suitable trick for you. Disassemble your printer board from it housing and try to find below image which is called E-prom chip. After you can locate this e-prom chip try to take it off by using hot air blower or suitable solder. Replace this E-prom chip with the new one which you can buy it on E-store for about $3 to $5 each. When you have succeeded replace this E-prom chip your printer will back to work again. If you have something to ask please write on comment below.

A moment ago my customer came to me and he got a problem with his DVD room which was attached on his laptop could not be opened. Luckily he was not doing something harmful to his laptop otherwise something worse could happen to his laptop such circuit short and others worse things. Before I show you how to open jam DVD room, let's see what may cause it to stuck. This problem may cause by some sort of these:

Jammed DVD room

1. Weak spring.

2. Dirt

3. Broken DVD inside DVD room.

4. Shorten Circuit.

So how to open it?
First turn off your laptop, mandatory. Then take a closer look to your laptop's DVD room. You'll notice that your DVD room has a small pin hole next to eject button. Take a small needle with the same size or smaller and put in your needle trough that hole till touching hard plate. Push your needle slowly till you hear "Click" from your DVD room. There you have released your DVD room from its locker. For note some of DVD room which has weak spring or dirt on it, it will not bring click sound so sometimes you need little bit effort to open it, by pulling it but just be careful.
When we are in the middle of typing we don't realize whether our printer still can do its job or no. Some printer model having simple maintenance option while the others need special skills to maintain its condition.

Based on someone question, today I will try to elaborate using the simplest words about how to restore ink level status on Epson L210. Here the steps to take:

1. Turn off your printer

2. Hold down Stop Button while turn on the printer, remember don't release your finger from Stop Button.

3. Still, hold down the Stop Button for about 10 seconds.

4. Release stop button, after one-second press stop button again about 5 seconds.

5. Release stop button and press it once again for one second.

6. Now you can see red light or ink status back to its normal.

7. When nothing happen, please try again!

For more details you can see video below.

Note:

Only do this trick when your ink printer about to run out, when your ink printer completely runs out it will result in different trick.

good condition then your laptop will run as usual.

- When this step can't bring back your laptop battery as normal, then you need to replace your battery.

Couple days ago a friend of mind asked me about how to access Laptop Bios, while based on it's manual we have to press F2 keys in order to access its bios. That is right, when we talk about H2O Bios then we have to press F2 key to access its bios but different keys also apply for different bios. For some bios you have to press dell keys for the other you have to press F8 key or F10 key, its depend on its brand.
So how when we can't access bios when those relate button already being pressed and nothing happen?
That is tough situation but don't worry take a look below of this article for its reason.

Can't access bios for these following reasons:

- Damage access keys.
Related keys can't work as it designated, usually cause by bad contact and sometimes also because of chip malfunction.

- Hardware malfunction.
Related to keyboard malfunction or damage keyboard, so when we press the related keys it will not bring up bios screen.

- Freezing Bios
Related to the others hardware malfunction, this cause by damage hard drive caddy, hard drive failure, and also RAM failure.

- Blank
Related to Bios chip, when we press keys to access Bios it will not bring anything except only blank screen and nothing show up on our screen while the LED indicator still working or giving sign for a while.

Here are practical solution to access your bios.

- You can try to use external keyboard to access your bios.
- Dismantle your part such: DVD Room, Hard drive caddy, Hard drive
- Pull out CMOS battery which is located inside your laptop, usually under under touch pad for Taiwan
brand and near RAM for some European brand.
- When all above trick doesn't yield something, it mean you have to reprogram your bios chip or flashing
your bios chip using flashing tools.

Well today I will explain simple method to print documents directly from your Android to your printer using OTG cable. Before we do this there are some prerequisite you need to fill in order to do this.

1. Your Android must be 4.4 and above.

2. You should download Android software.
3. OTG Cable
4. Surely a printer itself.

If the above prerequisite has been filled than we can continue to the next step.

First step.
You have to download special software from app store which act as printer driver here is Star print.
You can use this software to print directly to your printer but beware the free version of this software only allow you to print a quarter page from one page of your document. So in order to let you print the whole document or photos you need to continue to the next step.

Second step.
You should download the second software to make your Android capable to print a document. Here is the software you need. This free software only allow to print up to 5 pages then if you need to print more than 5 pages you need to buy this software.

Third step.
Plug your OTG cable to your phone and don't forget to plug your printer cable to your OTG cable. Then open Printer Share software on your Android and click select then dialog box consist of connection methods will show up. Now choose Direct USB Connected and you'll see your printer there, note if the software ask you to allow access then you should click OK or if the software ask you to download around four megabyte additional driver you should allow it to download otherwise it wouldn't work att all.

Now you can test it to print a photo or document.
If there is a question please ask me on discussion page.
Today I will share a little bit knowledge about how to create windows 7 live cd. Before we can continue to the process on how to create this live cd, let me tell you what does live cd for? From my experience live cd can be our savior when something goes wrong with our PC. The other about live cd is that, you can use this cd to check whether your computer run normally or there is something wrong with your computer. Here some tools you need to prepare before we can create a live cd.

Tools/software
- AOMEI PE Builder
- Drivers (as you need it)
- Free software such smart partition or others free software that you need.
- Blank Cd/thumb drive

Process:
1. Install AOMEI PE Builder on your PC or laptop.
2. Open AOMEI PE Builder
3. Click next
4. Click next again
5. Here you can see some menu that will be included on your live cd, you can customized this menu by thick on the tools you need or don't need. You can also add some some drives that maybe useful for you such wireless driver or bluetooth driver. The best thing I like from this software is that we can add certain portable program that can support our job in repairing pc or laptop. Something to remember that is when you add more files it means you needs a bigger thumb drive more than 4 gb, so better for you to prepare important tools only.

6. Click next and choose which media you like to use for your live cd. (see picture)

7. Click next and it will start the process in creating live cd.
8. Wait till the process finish and you will have live Windows 7 cd with you.

Good luck.

As usual we always save our work on local drive without worrying about the safety of our files just because we have brand new laptop or brand new PC. Today one of my customer came to my workshop and showed me something strength with his laptop. It was brand new laptop for about a month old and seem worked fine to me. At first he told me that nothing wrong with his laptop after he transferred almost three hundreds gigabyte data from his old laptop to his brand new laptop. The problem arouse a week later after he tried to accessed a folder which contained multimedia files such graphics and also vector. When he tried to execute multimedia folder then his computer became unresponsive and suddenly freezing. After an hour waiting finally he tried to restart his laptop using it's power button. A few moment later he tried to power it on again and tried to access those folder again and the same problem happened again. This time he got bad luck that he regret the most, suddenly his laptop secondary partition has gone and disappear though he needed it very much.

He tried to restart his laptop again for the last time and hoping everything can back like it's normal state. What would happened next was he saw that his laptop secondary partition still missing. He came to me and told me his story about this problem, so I recommended to him to bring his laptop back to where he bought because it still had warranty period. He told me that he didn't want to bring it to where he bought it just because he didn't trust them. After had a few talk I tried to examine what happened with his computer drive, based on information he gave to me his computer has two partition with secondary partition as data chamber. I tried to use my special tools which always handy to help my work, after a few second checking the drive I found that the problem laid on the hard drive quality and it's firmware. So before it was too late I suggested to him to change his drive before it was too late.

As long your laptop's camera enable by mean it has signing driver, it means you can use it along with other software that can support your camera. Before start using your laptop's camera better for you to check whether your laptop's camera already has driver or not. Follow this steps to check your laptop driver:

Device Manager

2. Click properties, it will bring up System information
3. Click Device Manager See picture

When your laptop already has driver on it then you'll see your camera brand and type under imaging device.

How to activate your Laptop Camera?

The next steps to use your laptop camera by installing a software that support web camera such:
